To certain countries we ship standard with Track & Trace. To countries where this is not standard, you have the possibility to choose for Track & Trace shipment at additional costs in the check out. Please note: we cannot guarantee delivery without Track & Trace.
Surfbikini ships from The Netherlands with Dutch Post (PostNL). Delivery time to European countries may take up to one week, to countries outside of Europe up to two weeks. Shipping within The Netherlands usually takes 24 hours (except Sat-Mon), provided the order has been placed before 12.00h.
Surfbikini takes no responsibility for delivery time imperfections on account of (local) postal services. Check official transit times of Dutch Post (PostNL) and their worldwide partners.
Do you want to return your bikini? Use a safe packaging method, which can’t bring damage and send it to:

Changes: not satisfied with your size, print or fit. Do you want to change your bikini? We want nothing but happy customers!
- Return the bikini to us. As soon as we receive the return, we’ll refund your purchase. See ‘Refund’ below for details.
- Order the new bikini size/print on Surfbikini. It will be sent within 24 hrs, independend from the arrival of your return
Refund: not satisfied with your bikini?
Surfbikini expects to have the bikini returned within 14 days after having received the item(s) at your shipping address. Please note, Shipping costs for returns are on customers account. You can choose your own shipping method and therefore you are responsible for the return delivery to Surfbikini in time.
Please enclose our return form, or our letter, in your shipment.
Please note: for hygienic reasons, bikini bottoms can only be returned when the hygienic strip of the bottom has not been removed, the product has not been damaged and has not been used. If these criteria are not met, Surbikini offers no compensation and will send back the product. Also the original brand labels should be attached on tops bottoms, leggings, shorts etc. Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded.
In rare occasions we are encountered with ‘lost post’ situations, due to (local) postal services. For you a highly disappointing experience, for us a nightmare. In cases of lost post Surfbikini takes full responsibility, unless:
- the parcel has not been, thus shipped with the Track & Trace option;
- tracking information tells us the parcel has been delivered.
In case of lost post Surfbikini sends you new items for free, provided they are on stock and can be replaced. If not available anymore, Surfbikini refunds the order.
In case of a combi offer our regular return and refund terms differ. Individual items of the combi can be changed for a different size (if available). In case of a requested refund of an individual item of the combi, we charge the regular price for the item you want to keep and diminish the refund.
