Surfbikini pays 40-60% of your shipping costs!
Surfbikini contributes 40-60% to the shipping costs of all individual orders. You pay roughly 50% of the total shipping costs (varies per country). Our aim is to enable surfistas, yogis, travelers and runners all over the world to choose their perfect outfit, without unnecessary additional costs. To certain countries we ship with Track & Trace. If not, it’s because of the high postal charges.
Surfbikini sends from The Netherlands and uses Dutch Post (PostNL) as their preferred delivery partner. Delivery time to European countries may take up to one week, to countries outside of Europe up to two weeks, depending on local Dutch Post partners. Shipping within The Netherlands takes usually 24 hours (except Sat-Mon), provided the order has been placed before Friday 12.00h.
Surfbikini takes no responsibility for delivery time imperfections on account of (local) postal services. Check official transit times of Dutch Post (PostNL) and their worldwide partners.
In rare occasions we are encountered with ‘lost post’ situations, due to (local) postal services. For us a nightmare, for you a highly disappointing experience, which we can’t prevent. In cases of lost post Surfbikini takes full responsibility, unless the tracking information tells us the parcel has been delivered. Surfbikini sends new items for free in cases of ‘lost post’, provided they are on stock and can be replaced. If not available anymore, Surfbikini refunds the order.
Changes: not satisfied with your size, print or fit. Do you want to change your bikini? We want nothing but happy customers!
- Return the bikini to us. As soon as we receive the return, we’ll refund your purchase. See ‘Refund’ below for details.
- Order the new bikini size/print on Surfbikini. It will be sent within 24 hrs, independend from your return.
Refund: not satisfied with your bikini?
Surfbikini expects to have the bikini returned within 14 days after having received the item(s) at your shipping address. Please note, Shipping costs for returns are on customers account. You can choose your own shipping method and therefore you are responsible for the delivery at Surfbikini in time.
Use as enclosure in your return our return form, which is also enclosed in your shipment.
Please note: for hygienic reasons, bikini bottoms can only be returned when the hygienic strip of the bottom has not been removed, the product has not been damaged and has not been used. If these criteria are not met, Surbikini offers no compensation and will send back the product. Also the original brand labels should be attached on tops bottoms, leggings, shorts etc. Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded.
In case of a combi offer our regular return and refund terms differ. Individual items of the combi can be changed for a different size (if available). In case of a requested refund of an individual item of the combi, we charge the regular price for the item you want to keep and diminish the refund.
